He is survived by: his close friend Marie Lavin; his children, Robert Michael Gleason (Sheryl) of Connecticut and Margaret Godfrey (Timothy) of Florida; his grandchildren, Meghan James, William James, Ashley Portes, Jocelyn Rosati and Jessica Dinklocker; his great grandchildren, Alice, Ezra, Elijah James, Deon, Desiree, Dakota Portes, Aria, Colbie Rosati, Hailey, Tyler, Paisley Cousino, Owen, Helena Beverly, Kevin Lavin, Domonick, Patrick, Don Lavin, Malia and Cody; and his friend Plato. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family.
