He was predeceased by: his brother Zygmund Furmaniuk; and his parent Felix Furmaniuk. He is survived by: his sons, Ronald A. Furmaniuk (Christine Smith) of Sterling and Michael J. Furmaniuk; his wife Shu Hua Lin of Wellesley; his sister Mary P. Furmaniuk of Clinton; his grandchildren, Rosemary, Collin, Patrick and Jeffrey; and his parent Lena Furmaniuk (Ostapczuk).
In lieu of flowers, the Furmaniuk family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
