She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Borek and Katherine Borek (Sobota). She is survived by: her children, Laura J. Summer (David) of Lincoln, Joseph A. Borbone, Jr. (Cheryl) of West Boylston, Christopher J. Borbone (Sommerly) of Barre and Brookfield; her sister Vivian Borek of Quincy; her grandchildren, Peyton, Sophie, Dominic, Michael Borbone, Stephanie and Sarah Summer; her former husband Joseph A. Borbone of Springfield, Ill; and her friend Peter Wilcox of Worcester.
