He is survived by: his wife Pamela J. Hultquist (McManus); his children, Russell Hultquist Jr. (Jill) of Spencer and Renee Parker (Matthew) of Spencer; his parents, Edwin Hultquist and Ruth Hultquist (Kacavich) of Worcester; his siblings, Kenneth Hultquist of Worcester, Brian Hultquist of Rutland, Richard Hultquist of Worcester and Donna Magarian of Kingman, AZ; and his grandchildren, Abbigail, Camden, Xander, Brian, Arianna and Mackenzie. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
