She was predeceased by: her husband Theodore D. Peters; her brother Raymond D. Libby; and her parents, Raymond Libby and Ruth Libby (Hallberg). She is survived by: her children, Linda V. Hazard (Louis), William (Deborah) and Mark Peters (Donna). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
