She was predeceased by: her husband Roger N. Phenix; her brother George Belinskas; and her son-in-law William Olson. She is survived by: her children, Phyllis R. Olson of Worcester, Patrick J. Phenix (Doreen) of Worcester, Paula A. Mariano (James) of Rockland, Pamela M. Rafferty of Worcester, Michelle M. Phenix and Mark Lareau of Worcester; her brothers, Stanley Belinskas (Gail) of Worcester, Paul Belinskas (Jeannie) of Worcester, Michael Belinskas (Barbara) of Worcester, Daniel Belinskas (Nancy) of Worcester, David Belinskas (Maryanne) of Shrewsbury, Stephen Belinskas (Phyliss) of Daytona, FL and James Belinskas (Madeline) of Spencer; her grandchildren, James (Vatsaly), David, Katelyn, Kendal, Zachary, Samantha (Chris), Gianna, Hailey, Shelby and Ashley; her great grandchildren, Mason William, Harper, Gunner, Nathan and Maltese Stuart; and her parents, Stanley Belinskas and Phyllis Belinskas (Bindhammer). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
