Polaski (Worcester, Massachusetts), born in Framingham, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 14, 2019, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughters, Carol Carmody (Cornelius "Neil" Carmody) of Worcester and Barbara Gentile of Sanford, FL; her grandchildren, Daniel Carmody of Tolland, CT, Stephen Carmody of Los Angeles, CA, Christopher Gentile of Winter Park, FL and Tara Sapp of Sanford, FL; her great grandchildren, Devan, Jack, Taylor Carmody of Tolland, CT, Sierra, Sophia and Sadie Sapp of Sanford, FL; her siblings, Edward Swillo and Frances Kokernak; and her parents, Joseph Rosochacki and Veronica Rosochacki (Firdrych). She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory be made to donor's favorite charity.
