He was predeceased by: his brother Christy Belba of Auburn; and his nephew Craig Belba of Shrewsbury. He is survived by: his siblings, Gerald Belba and Constance D. Vessio of Worcester; his nephews, George Belba of Auburn, William Belba (Maria) of Shrewsbury, Peter Vessio (Mary) of Rutland, Paul Vessio (Fiona) of Leicester and Steven Vessio (Karen) of Southbridge; and his niece Vera Marie Credit (James) of Westminster.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the St Nicholas Romanian Orthodox Church building fund, Gold St Shrewsbury, 01545.
