He is survived by: his wife Jean R. Holden (Bizzarro); his daughter Caroline R. Makowiecki (Michael) of Holden; his sisters, Johannah Anderson (Paul) of Shrewsbury and Mary-Esther Hannon (Edward) of Greensboro, NC; and his grandson Michael Dane Makowiecki.
