Azzarone (Katie) of Holden; his stepsons, Jayson LaBouef (Jerilyn) and Rick LeBouef; his siblings, Raymond L. Azzarone and Patricia A. Harrow of Worcester; and his grandchildren, Desiree of Marissa, J. J., Jackson and Michael Jr.. He is also survived by Nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
