She was predeceased by: her husband Roy G. Backstrom Sr.; her parents, Viola Klosek and Edward W. Klosek; and her siblings, Helen M. Klosek, Walter E. and Stephen J. Klosek of Cherry Valley.
She is survived by: her son Roy G. Backstrom Jr. (Martha Backstrom); her grandchildren, Roy G. Backstrom III and Lee Marie Backstrom of Sterling, MA.; her daughter Lee Ann Baggott MD; her son-in-law Brian B. Baggott, MD of Gates Mills, OH; her grandchildren, Erin Baggott Carter PhD and Tara J; and her great grandchild Fiona H. Carter.
