Vivian J. (Kourey) Murphy Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vivian J. (Kourey) Murphy of Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 5, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary M. Kourey (Haddad) and Nicholas Kourey; her husband Edward P. Murphy; and her sister Gladys Mahassel. She is survived by: her children, Brian E. Murphy of Ormond, FL and Maureen (Douglas T. Sanderson) of Petersham, MA.; her grandchildren, Edward, Paul, Caitlin, Cassie and Thomas; and her brothers, Roger N. Kourey of Myrtle Beach, SC and Victor Kourey (Mary Ann) of Powder Springs, GA. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
After retirement she was an active RSVP volunteer.
