He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly A. Provencher (Peterson); and his parents, William H. Provencher and Freda Provencher (Hanson). He is survived by: his daughter Lynn A. Jones (Christopher) of Marlborough; and his siblings, Rose Miller of Oxford and Henry of Santa Rosa, CA.. He is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
