He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. Small Sr. and Mildred E. Small (Fenner). He is survived by: his children, Cindy Small, Mandy Small, Jessi Small and William Small Jr.; and his brothers, John T. Small Jr., Jim T. Small and Christopher P. Small. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
