Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved David Alan Petras of Yarmouth Port, Massachusetts, born in Binghamton, New York, who passed away at the age of 83, on May 2, 2023. He is survived by: his wife Becky; his children, Jennifer Dennis (Will) of Brooklyn, N. Y., Meghan Petras (Ivin Ballen) of Brooklyn, N. Y. and Matthew Petras (Erika) of Thousand Oaks; his grandchildren, Jack, Gabe Dennis, Xander, Liam Petras and Barbara Ballen; and his brother Daniel Petras (Beverly) of Punta Gorda. He is also survived by several cousins, sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews, as well as many good friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations could be made to The Cape Cod Times Needy Fund, or to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cape Cod & the Islands.
