It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor (Sylvia) Whitehead (Yarmouth Port, Massachusetts), born in New Bedford, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 2, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William A. Whitehead; her parents, James Sylvia and Anna Sylvia (Mederios); her brother James Sylvia, Jr.; and her daughter Deborah Whitehead.
She is survived by: her daughter Beverly Millar of Yarmouth Port; her sisters, Dolores Whitehead of Yarmouth Port, Beverly Alcrim of New Bedford and Charlotte Sylvia of South Dartmouth; her grandchildren, Alison Whitehead, Joshua Whitehead-Millar and Brandon Millar; and her great grandchild Stormy Whitehead-Millar. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
