She was predeceased by: her significant other Russell D. Annis. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Hilton, Lynne Brennan (Gary), Cheryl Annis, Russell Annis (Kim), Janine Annis-Young (Rusty Young) and Randall Annis (Shelby Rolsten); and her brother T. Thomas Boates, Jr.. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
