He was predeceased by : his parents, William M. Palmer and Jean Palmer (McDonald); and his son Thomas S. Palmer. He is survived by : his wife Dorothy A. Palmer (Raffo); his children, Linda J. Monaco (Andrew J. Zickell) of Plymouth, William C. Palmer, Jr. of Mansfield and Robert B. Palmer (Cathleen) of Canton; his sister Jean Pipp of Lanoka Harbor, NJ; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Victoria, Dylan, Kayla, Emily, Mikki, Greg and Kylee; and his great grandchildren, Ryan and Madelyn.

“So sorry to hear of Uncle Bill’s passing. I always enjoyed him and his witty humor. We used to banter when I was a little kid about the Indians versus the Red Sox. My deepest condolences to Aunt Dorothy, my cousins, and their children and grandchildren. He will be missed.”
