She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay Tillman and Betty Tillman (Burrell); and her brother Charles Tillman. She is survived by: her husband Charles S. McIntosh; her daughters, Jamielyn Carter, Maya Carter and Courtney McKay; her sister Lillian Gory; her cousin Steven Barnes; and her niece Nicole Hadden. She is also survived by three stepdaughters; one stepson; ten step-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren.
