He was predeceased by: his siblings, Carrie Donley (Cook), Myrtle Lloyd (Cook), Carl and Thomas Cook. He is survived by: his daughter Tina Cook of Aberdeen, MD; and his brothers, Carroll "Ted" Cook of Aberdeen, MD, Raymond Cook of West Jefferson, NC and Ralph "Dan" Cook of Wilsonville, NE.. He is also survived by his four brothers and two sisters, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and multiple generations of nieces and nephews.
