She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Moretz and Mattie Moretz (Johnston); her husband Harvey Niswonger; her son David Glen Niswonger; her brothers, Elwin Moretz and Joseph Moretz; and her grandchildren, Justin Gibbs and Katrina Kelly.
She is survived by: her children, Carol M. Gibbs (Calvin), Nancy Jean Collins and James Dale Niswonger (Peyton); her daughter-in-law Terry Niswonger; and her grandchildren, Shelly Niswonger-Snyder (Greg), Amanda Leeson (Noah), Danielle Smith, Brian Wolf (Amber), Craig Gibbs, Shaun Kelly (Joy) and Casey Collins. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
