He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Cromwell Boyle, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Irene Boyle (Kahoe); his wife Patricia Boyle (Conry); his children, Molly Skandalis (Chris), Paige Boyle Kornke (Ryan) and Blake Boyle (Jessica); his grandchildren, CJ Skandalis, Connor Boyle, Ryan Skandalis, Isabelle Boyle, Alexis Skandalis, Mason Proctor, Avery Kornke and Payton Kornke; and his siblings, Linda Berry, Mike Boyle, Sr., Mary Sue Lynch, Chris Boyle and Brooke Boyle. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, godchildren, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Abingdon-McComas Family Funeral Homes (1317 Cokesbury Rd, Abingdon, MD 21009). A Mass will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Margaret Catholic Church (141 S Hickory Ave, Bel Air, MD 21014).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to one of two charities in Chuck Boyle's name: The Department of Neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins: Checks should be made payable to "Johns Hopkins University" - in the memo line please include in support of Dr. Raj Mukherjee.
