She was predeceased by: her husband Lester J. Belcher. She is survived by: her children, Lester J. Belcher, Jr. of Davidsonville, MD, Janice L. Smith of Edgewater, MD and Gail F. Belcher of Clearwater, FL; and her siblings, Marjorie Engberg of Salisbury, MD, Carol Ann Cantler of Annapolis, MD and Bennett D. Bowen of Venice. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
