With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elsie Hynson (Annapolis, Maryland), born in Alexandria, Virginia, who passed away on April 3, 2019 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Hammill and Sarah Hammill. She is survived by: her husband Charles E. Hynson "Jim"; her daughter Donna (Jim) of Gambrills; and her grandsons, Michael (Stacy) of Elkridge and Kevin (Katie) of Glen Burnie.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to either the American Heart Association or American Lung Association.
