He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Michele; his children, Candice, Christina and Jason; his siblings, Vickie Smith and Kevin Moore; his son Joseph; his siblings, Joseph Jr. and Robin Watkins; and his parents, Joseph and Barbara. He was also cherished by six grandchildren.
