He was predeceased by : his sister Iris Cook of Annapolis. He is survived by : his wife Jennifer; his sons, Victor G. of Annapolis and Dylan T. Cook of Annapolis; his mother Joanna Sales; and his siblings, Raymond Cook of Chicago, Dawn Coman (Dan) of Annapolis, Cheryl Cook of Easton and Rita Cook of Arnold.
