Cunningham and John W. Cunningham (Patty); his children, Karen Furda, Kristy Miers (Clint) and Kevin Cunningham (Cheryl); and his grandchildren, Mary, Matthew, Hope, Brooke, Cole, Justin and Lauren. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
