She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas W. Fisher. She is survived by: her children, Deborah A. Neidhardt (William) and Thomas W. Fisher, Jr. (Anita); and her siblings, Lorraine Rabuck, Robert Makin, Sr. and Jean Timbs. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
