He was predeceased by: his former wife Carol W. Kobin; and his parents, Ben Kobin and Anne Kobin. He is survived by: his wife Joy Potler Kobin (Sussman); his children, Miles Kobin, Wendy, Ron Klausner and Keith Kobin; his stepchildren, Jeff, Amy Sussman, Lisa, Bob Barry and Amy Rascoe; his grandchildren, Emma, Parker, Braeden, Cece, Indie, Alex, Brett, Chad, Samara, Jenna, Austin and Devin; and his sister Ruja Shemer (Allan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
