He is survived by: his daughters, Shawna Banks, Felisha Harris (Walter) of Elizabeth City and Charmecia Adrian Banks of Baltimore; his siblings, Glennie Snowden of Elizabeth City, Carmen Banks of Elizabeth City, Shirley Skinner of Elizabeth City, Denise Williams (Shelton) of Elizabeth City, Emma Williams (John) of Delarn and Darryl Banks (Dena) of Elizabeth City; and also Jerrold Banks of New Jersey.
