He was predeceased by: his parent Taliaferro E. Thompson; his grandparents, David and Maybel Pollard; his stepfather Deacon Charles J. Clifton, Jr.; his uncle David "Boodie" Pollard; and his mother Doris M. Smith-Clifton.
He is survived by: his sisters, Pamela Thompson, Corenthia Smith and Nicole Irvin; his brothers-in-law, William Irvin and William "Tony" Begett; his children, Johnathan Pollard and Mariah Pollard; his granddaughter Trinity Williams; his aunt Gloria Pollard; and his nieces and nephews, Joseph Jones, Antonio Begett, Kenneth Sheppard, Jr, Gabrielle, Isabella and Ava Irvin.
