Lee, Jr. (Alissa Farley), Dominic S. Cage and Sophia K. P. Cage-Guffey; her siblings, James E. Lewis, Jr., Patricia B. Bartlett (Butch), Eric Lewis and Jonny J. Nauman; her grandchildren, Mattison Lewis, Matthew Lewis, Jr. and Abel Lee; her stepmother June Taylor; and her siblings' children, Anthony K. Zimmerman and Jessica Klebe. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
