She was predeceased by: her husband J. Prestley Fisher Jr.; her parents, Carroll E Heckrotte Sr. and Agnes Scarff Heckrotte; and her siblings, Shirley A. Beattie, Carroll E. Heckrotte Jr. and Carolyn F. Jones.
She is survived by: her sister Audrey A. Guinn of Texas; her stepdaughter Kathleen Notari of Maryland; and her aunt Neets. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial Service: Due to Covid-19 a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
