She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Bernard Chism, Sr. and Dorothy Lorraine Chism. She is survived by: her brother Raymond Chism, Jr. of Relay; her daughter Tracy; her son-in-law Jeff Keith of Hampstead; her son Todd; her daughter-in-law Kirsten Matthiesen of Eldersburg; and her grandchildren, Christopher, Emily, Cameron, Tyler and Riley.
