She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Leone; her mother Willie Mae Thomason; and her siblings, Mary Chasen, Carl Thomason and Ida Mae Schwantes.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Anthony Leone (Lauren), Victoria Lynn Hyde (Anthony Joseph, III) and Susan Eppig; her grandchildren, Sara Lynn Smith, Anthony Justin Hyde, IV, Rachel, Marie Hyde and Justin Joseph Hyde; and her great grandchildren, Emily Marie Smith and Abigail Mae Smith.
