She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Bell Sr. and Emma Bell (Biggins); and her siblings, Howard Bell, Jr., Charles Bell, Margaret Christy and Thelma Volz.
She is survived by: her daughter Marcia Adams (Charles) of Taneytown; and her granddaughter Kelly Bellgrau (Michael) of Westminster. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
