He was predeceased by: his daughter MacKenna R. Hall; and his sister Robin Hockenberry. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Ann Hall of Baltimore, MD; his son Blake Russell Hall, III of Baltimore, MD; his parents, Patricia Loss of Glen Burnie, MD and Blake R. Russell Hall Sr. of Newport, VT; his stepfather Ricky Loss (Deborah Loss); his brothers, Charles D. Edwards, Jr. and Clifford L. Edwards; and his close friends, Donovan Sterling, Richard Dunn and Jimi Clutter. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
