We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2019, Celia M. Neuman (Baltimore, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Esther Glixman and Paul Glixman; and her brother Rabbi Ralph Glixman. She is survived by: her husband Cantor David Neuman; and her children, Shmuel Neuman (Rochel), Jeffrey Neuman (Sherri), Craig Neuman (Barbara), Richard Neuman (Debby) and Rabbi Gary Neuman (Michal). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
