It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlene A. Smith (Baltimore, Maryland), who passed away on November 29, 2018, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, James Smith and Doris Smith; her sibling James Smith, Jr.; and her wives, Cindy and Annette. She is also survived by nephews and their families, Jason Smith, Jerome Smith, Jeremy Smith, Joseph Smith, and Richard Smith, Jr.; and a host of cousins and friends.
