It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Pugh (Baltimore, Maryland), who passed away on February 13, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Pugh and Lucille Powell; his friend Doug Farrow (Lynn); and his sons, Brady Charles and Brooks Farrow.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
