It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Robert Williams (Baltimore, Maryland), who passed away on May 19, 2019, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Claire Ann Williams; his parents, Emma Loretta and Charles Franklin Williams; his brother Robert Franklin Williams; his stepdaughters, Elizabeth Ann Rinker (Keith) and Christine Ann Wieczorek (Thomas F. III); his grandchildren, Nikolas, Leah, Emily and Jack Wieczorek; and his cousin Melanie Fogle Cook (Thomas G.).
