He was predeceased by: his parents, Lora Edwards and Victor Edwards; his daughter Gloria Stevens; and his son-in-law Michael Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Edwards; his son Steve Edwards (Diane); his stepchildren, Christina Mayfield (Brian), James McLain and Wesley McLain 'Wes'; and his brother Oscar Edwards (Patsy). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
