He was predeceased by: his brother Bryan Hartke. He is survived by: his niece Ruth Hartke of Baltimore, MD; his significant other Celeste Seabolt; his sister-in-law Donna Hartke; and his close friends, Scott Hagan and Tim Pearson. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
