We are sad to announce that on September 30, 2019, at the age of 30, Danielle Noel (Baltimore, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandfather Albert. She is survived by: her parents, Dawn Noel and Brian Noel; her brother Joseph Noel (Kristen Noel); her nephew William Noel; and her grandparents, Susan, Melvin Oberfeld, Norman Noel and Joan Over. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
