He is survived by: his wife Patricia Anne Miller; and his children, David Miller Jr. (Darlene) of Baltimore, Davida Samenski (Raymond) of Pikeville, NC and Ruth Selby of Baltimore. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
