He was predeceased by: his father Dr. Herman Lewis. He is survived by: his mother Helen Lewis; his daughter Leah Lewis-Garber (Jeffrey Garber); his sister Miriam Gerstenblith (Jay); and his grandchildren, Leo Lewis-Garber and Mateo Lewis-Garber.
