Delberta was predeceased by: father Kenneth E. DeBow. Delberta is survived by: parent Majorie DeBow; husband Joseph A. Knott, Sr.; sons, Joseph Knott, II (Heather) and Kenneth Knott; and grandchildren, Alexis, Conner and Haydnn. Delberta is also survived by relatives and friends.
