He is survived by: his children, Donald Ray Downey, Jr., Desiree Summer Swearingen and Khloe Glee Swearingen; his siblings, Vivian Meede, Kathy Cronin, Brenda Hart and Ray Downey, Jr; and his grandchild Teighan Rae Downey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
