She was predeceased by: her parents, Cletus Knight and Mildred Jackson Knight; and her sister Brenda Joyce Seybold. She is survived by: her husband Charles Martin Frank; her sons, Michael Scott Frank of Baltimore and Mark Edward Frank (Christina I. Frank) of Manchester, MD; and her grandsons, Dominick of Manchester and Devin Frank of Manchester.
