He is survived by: his spouse Elana Frand; his children, Chana Rivka Black (Chaim), Yaakov Yisrael Frand (Devora), Nosson Tzvi Frand, Chava Frand, Sora Esther Frand, Leeba Rus Frand and Deeni Frand; his siblings, Leonard Frand (Felice), Edie Adler (Leon), Billy Frand and Howie Frand; his grandchildren, Aviva Black and Shmuel Eliyahu Avigdor Frand; his parent Irene Frand (late Richard); and his parent-in-law Bruce Longman (late Lyla).
